FAQs

Q. What kind of flower should I send if I want to send a specific message?
A. As a florist will tell you, different flowers have different meanings. We have set out some guidelines for each flower to make things a little easier for you.

Q. Why should I buy a silk flower?
A. The current focus of our product range is luxury silk flowers, as we feel that they will remain a keepsake unlike that of a fresh flower. This also allows Rose and Rhyme to ship worldwide, not degrading like fresh flowers.

Q. My Grandmother is in the hospital. Can I send her some flowers?
A. Sending flowers to someone in the hospital can really brighten their day! There are a few instances where fresh flowers cannot be delivered to a patient in the hospital (i.e.; critical patients in Intensive Care) so it is always best to check with the hospital first. However silk flowers are fine.

Q. I ordered a yellow rose and they sent a white Rose?
A. We will endeavor to fulfill your order, however should we not have you preferred colour in stock we will email you first to give you an option.

Q. Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?
A. If your order has not been dispatched we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order. Changes cannot be made the day of shipping or delivery. For inquiries regarding changes or cancellations we suggest sending an email or contacting our customer service.
